a and a town planning ltd provide a fully comprehensive, cost effective service for our clients in relation to the submission of planning applications. Following an initial free telephone or e-mail assessment of your case we would visit the site, discuss options with you to maximise the land value, work together with your Architect to draw up a scheme, undertake pre-application discussions with your LPA, submit the application, follow it through the system by checking progress regularly and negotiating with the Council Officer. Following a decision we would undertake work to discharge any conditions or submit an appeal if the application was unsuccessful.
The service also extends to include applications to do works to protected trees and listed buildings and applications to display outdoor advertising.
